Ok,
It sounds to me like you have an [exhaust](/topics-exhaust-toyota/) system issue. It's possible you have a pipe or a crack in the exhaust manifold that is opening up so it makes a lot of noise under load, but then quiets when you let off the gas. So I would take a look at the exhaust system and also the [engine](/topics-engine-toyota/) mounts. If the engine is moving to much, it might be opening up the leak.

My mechanic check the engine mouts and suggested me to go to exhaust mechanic. Is it costly to replace the exhaust or can it be diy job ?

I think that really depends on the part of the exhaust that is broken. Usually, something like the muffler is less and something you can do yourself, the [catalytic converter](/topics-catalytic-converter-toyota/) is very expensive and more difficult to do. I can't really give you a good estimate as I am in the US, but it does sound like an exhaust issue.
