Your issue is you have blown one of the main fuses that connect the fuse panel to the battery. The main fuses should be located either on the battery cable or near the fuse panel. They will be larger fuses like 100amps. They also do not look like regular fuses and are commonly bolted to the cable. This is likely where your issue is.
