The only adjustment is by removing and reinstalling to change where it stops at, but no adjustment to make it have better contact to the glass.
You can try bending it by hand some, but I can tell you that that method just makes it worse. It was likely manufactured slightly out of specs on the angle and the best option is just replace the arm
