Q: Steering wheel hard to turn in 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser

Hi there. If it is hard to turn in either direction, then it may have a bad power steering pump. I typically start by checking the engine belt and the fluid in the reservoir. If these items are fine then the pump is more than likely bad. I would typically replace the pump and flush all of the fluid from the system.
