Q: Add spouse to registration
I want to add my husband's name to our title and registration do we have to sign the front of the Certificate of Title? Where is says that we are releasing any intrest in the vehicle. We live in California. Also the line that says Transferee/Buyer Signature(s) would he have to sign this?
