Q: No response from gas pedal

asked by on February 02, 2016

I have no response from my gas pedal. I read that my throttle body may need to be reprogrammed.

Throttle body relearn would be one of the last things to consider after verifying that all wiring is correct and the actuator tests out ok. The issue could be very simple, or as complicated as internal engine malfunction, so I would suggest having a certified mechanic diagnose the acceleration problem before doing anything else.
