When you say the clutch will not engage, do you mean you are pushing the clutch down, putting it in gear and as you raise your foot and allow the clutch pedal to come up, it does not engage?

So the first thing you always need to do for any Ac issue, is to first use a Ac machine to recover and vacuum test the Ac system and recharge it to ensure the freon amount is correct. Only after you have done that, can you start doing further diagnostics. Do you have the equipment to do this?

I do not know if it have something like control valve that prevent it the clucth from going on

No you have a Ac pressure sensor which if it does not detect that there is a proper amount of freon in the system, it will not allow the compressor to engage to protect the system from damage.

Yes. That one. There is all computer controlled on the 2017. So that is why the freon is always checked first before any Ac diag is done

Yes, once the system has been evacuated , vacuum tested, and it passes these two, then the system is recharged and operates rechecked.

If you do find the system is low on freon. You are going to want to of course recharge the system but add a dye to the freon. This way you can isolate where the leak is coming from

The freon you charge the system with should have dye already mixed in it. It is also possible that your system may already come with a dye in it as well
