My car smells like gas and has a hard time starting in the morning. Mechanic changed gas filter but can't find a leak. How much should this cost to change gas pump? He's not sure it's the problem. Also the gas pressure is in the 20's and should be in the 40's. Someone told me my pulley looks like it wobble too, and another person told me my battery is going out but they don't think that's why it's stalling. Help..
