This can be caused by a faulty IPDM (smart fuse box) and common issue in Chrysler/Jeep vehicles. Was the scan tool used a dealer level scan tool?

Don't know.
They said they tried everything. It has happened to me 5 times in9 days.

Its very possible a factory level scan tool was not used, therefore, the codes in other modules were not read with scan tool. You will need to confirm they were able to connect to the IPDM module as this is the suspected issue. You may need to take your vehicle to the dealer as this will require factory level tools to diagnose. You may be able to reset system by removing battery terminals and touching them together for approx 1 before reconnecting them
