Hi there - smoke coming out of the EGR valve simply means the valve is either leaking, or stuck in the "open" position. The P0174 code indicates a "lean" condition too much air/not enough fuel on the bank of cylinders that does not contain cylinder 1 (Bank 2). A leaking or open EGR valve could cause this problem, as would any other air leak into the intake system. For further diagnosis, I recommend a rough idle inspection performed by a mobile, professional mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic, who will come to your location, diagnose this problem, and give you an accurate assessment of damage and cost estimate for repairs.

Belt squeaking.
A stretched belt or a faulty belt tensioner are the most likely causes. I would recommend having the tensioner checked (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/loud-squealing-or-squeaking-is-coming-from-timing-belt-inspection) first by a YourMechanic technician. If the tensioner seems to be working properly, the belt is the next likely...

Car starts and runs . When I first start it I get fuel intake and plenty of RPM but if I put it in gear no movement and no RPM
It is possible that you have an electronic throttle body that is malfunctioning once the vehicle is put into gear. It is also possible that there is an issue with the transmission itself. I would recommend having your transmission inspected...
