Q: I'm not sure what the normal air intake is supposed to be at but mine is at 169 and after 30 miles my car just dies no code

So I'm not sure what the normal air intake temp is supposed to at but mine is at 169. It does not pull a code. A lot of places say it could be the crank sensor the cam sensor or the fuel pump but they would not effect the air intake. And everything for an air intake would pull a code. I can drive it for about 30-35 miles with heater running and 20-25 with AC running. Before the car will just die and then you have to wait a half hour for it to cool down enough before you can drive again. I tried a new air filter. The fuel injector cleaner. The fans are all working and the temperature gauge does not move at all. Do you have any ideas what it could be I don't want to be blindly spending money on a part that might not fix my problem

My car has 150000 miles.
