Q: I have a 98 ford explore and when its cold or sits for awhile it will go in reverse but when i drive it for awhile after it warms

When it sits for awhile and I get in it and put it in reverse it goes in fine but when I drive it for a lil bit after it warms up it want shift in reverse but it will after it sits awhile
