Try holding the tip of the key fob lightly on the start button as you try to start it and let me know what happens. the end opposite of where the key chain goes on the fob.

Ok. I will try in about 5 min. The dealership texted me and told me to walk away from the car for 10 min in hopes of a reset (this was after holding down panic button fir 5 sec and clicking lock button twice )

that is what I meant , give me a minute.
have you tried holding the transmitter on the push button?
There are tests for the fob and start switch depending on if it turns on or not holding the fob on the button.

here is the proper pdf with the power on when holding the remote on the start button. You could have a problem with the brake switch.
