Hello, my car lights will turn on but I cant get a click or turn over. I used a millimeter to check the battery and fuses and both are good. But when I took out the 100 fuse in the engine the millimeter almost went to 0. Is that because it's a bigger fuse than the rest or is that fuse bad Mechanic's Assistant: Does the battery look like it's leaking? And does it have a strong smell -- like sulfur?
