Q: Q: I have a burning smell in my car.

My Cabin filter was very clogged and smell like wire burning

My car has 199700 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

This is not likely. A dirty cabin filter filled with old pine needles is more likely to cause a moldy smell inside the vehicle. The burning smell may be coming from a a shorted circuit somewhere in the car. Consider hiring an experienced technician like one from YourMechanic who can come out for a closer look to offer a more personal diagnosis of your electrical concerns.
