its able to turn. Took out viper alarm systemIt just woke crank over. Sounds like it wants to but nothingJenniferFix it. It wont run any moreIt sat for almost 2 months when i got it only a piece of the key is in the ignition with no spare

You will need to turn the key to the RUN position, then insert a pick into the underside of the cylinder so it can be removed and replaced. If you would like the keys to match the door, trunk, and ignition then you need a cylinder you can build with the correct tumblers and have 2 keys made. Then assemble everything and use a scan tool to program the new keys to the vehicle.

The Ford dealer uses the NGS, WDS, and IDS now.
There are aftermarket tools though that do have the ability to program PATS keys. They are normally in the $200+ range.
