Q: Driver door won't open despite being unlocked with FOB, BUT if opened from inside it will then open no problem even if shut again

asked by on March 14, 2018

Alright so I can unlock my car with the car fob (Or push the handle button to unlock it while the fob is in my pocket) and all doors can be opened EXCEPT the driver side door, for some reason it won't open, going through the passenger side of the car you can see that the driver side IS unlocked it just won't open from outside, HOWEVER if I open the door from the inside and then just let it shut again I can then open the driver side door from the outside without any issue but if I ever lock it again then I have to repeat opening from the inside.

My car has 2000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
