Q: Dodge 95 van in the freeway and oil arm on dash board drops all the way to l.

Okay there was water and oil in the van I check it as I started driving on the freeway the oil gauge started to drop to the to the letter L you know it has H&L on the dashboard where the oil gauges so I pulled over to a gas station and check the oil and I put another quart of oil in and so I started driving again and then all the sudden the light comes on on the on the on the oil where the oil low oil sign is and lights all up and then if the check engine light comes on and then the van starts like Cuttin like I started losing speed like I was thinking like the alternator was going now but then I thought well maybe it's cuz all the oil came out but it's not leaking oil I don't know I don't know what the problem is can someone help me please
