That may be a good thing, usually this warning is something in the stabilitrak system that the dealer needs to check, but it is possible that your battery is starting to go bad, this warning will happen sometimes when your battery is starting to die. First thing I would do is go to an autozone or other and have them test your battery and see the state of health

OkIt usually happens aftrr car has sat for a whileAfter pressing start button it clicks but wont start but everything else is engaged (lights,radio,gear shift etc)

I would still get it checked. The symptoms described sound like a bad battery, if it is bad then we need to determine why the battery only last a few months.
