where is the noise coming from? can you post a video of the issue?

The noise is coming from around the rotor. I could feel it in the steering wheel. I don't know if it's the bearing, callipers or pads. I put my finger where the pads are and the pads are touching against the rotors and the brakes aren't applied. It gets worse as I'm reversing.

That's what I was thinking. I can't pull the wheel off because I have no access to a jack. I don't want to move the truck anymore because my ABS and Check Engine light came on.

What would a bad bearing feel like when the truck is in motion. All I feel on the wheel is a slight rumble when it does start to squeal.

It sounds terribly loud. But it doesn't get worse when turning. It stays the same all the way through.
