Thank you for taking the time to let us help you out with this problem and hopefully we can sort it out quickly. Please understand that I do not know your knowledge or capabilities so I may need to ask questions to find out basic information to help solve your specific problem. Sometimes it may take a moment for me to respond because I may have to look up information about your concern. I appreciate your patience and will provide responses as soon as possible. What specific problems are you having that makes you feel like you need bushings or shocks?
Automotive Expert
With the limited information given, if the vehicle bounces unnecessarily when you ride over bumps then your shocks/struts are bad. If you are hearing a knocking noise then it could be the strut mounts or some other bushings or sway bar links. The only way to determine the cause of the noise is to lift the vehicle in the air and physically inspect it to see where the slack is in the suspension. My goal is to give you the best service possible and to help you. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to let me know. If I’m not online at the time, I will respond ASAP when I get back.

What would it cost to have that chkd
Automotive Expert
It depends on the shop's hourly labor rate. It should cost around $60 for that type of inspection. (1/2 hour labor)
