Hi, does the security light on the dash light when when turning the key and stay on after releasing it? Other Buick owners have had issues with the car not being able to verify the key and have replaced the ignition cylinder to fix the issue. You will need a new key as well. This may not be the issue so I would recommend getting a technician to help you troubleshoot why your car is not turning over.
