Q: blower motor

asked by on

I have a 2009 GMC Sierra 1500 and fan goes of and on?

My car has 152000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

The blower motor on this vehicle may have a blower wire connector that is overheated due to a blower motor drawing excessive amperage. Have the blower connector checked for overheating and replace connector and blower motor to fix the erratic blower operation.
