I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem. I know this can be frustrating. Without knowing all of the information like the vehicle history, the components that have been tested or replaced, and the results of any tests that need to be run, I can only give you a general answer to your question. If everything else is working properly except for the gauge cluster, with the issues you have described this can be caused by an internal electrical fault in the instrument gauge cluster itself to where it has to be replaced. It can fail internally causing all of these issues. In order to help pinpoint the instrument cluster itself at fault what needs to be done is to have a fully compatible scan tool plugged into your vehicle's data port that can read all of the computers in your vehicle to see if any fault codes are stored with this issue. Once this has been done, any codes that come up can then be diagnosed to help pinpoint and repair this issue. This will require the use of a high-end scan tool that can read all of your vehicle's computers. If you do not have a scan tool to check the fault codes yourself a shop or dealer can check the fault codes as well as diagnose the issue for about a 1-hour labor charge ( around $100 ). The cost to repair the problem varies as it depends on which component has failed that requires repair or replacement.
