My battery is charging while driving, because car will start 4-6 hrs after driving. If it sits overnight battery is dead. New battery, tested good. Took cable of battery while running alternater kept car running. No dimming lights or problems while driving.

My car has 90000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

The first thing is to never disconnect the battery with the engine running or you may damage computer or charging system due to overcharge condition. If your battery is going dead after sitting for longer than 6 hours then you may have a draw on battery from many different causes like stuck on fuel pump relay or interior lights left on. The vehicle will need to be checked for voltage draws from alternator or other electrical component by a mechanic like one from YourMechanic.

I can't shift my car into drive or reverse.
Hello, the first thing to check on any car that has a transmission dipstick is to check the transmission level (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/transmission-fluid-is-leaking-inspection). Clicking noise at lowspeed turns, vibration when stopping abruptly, mechanic said need axles & no grease left. how long do i have?
As for "how long you have", unfortunately you needed to replace them when they were mentioned. With no grease to protect and lubricate them, the clicking noise you hear is the joints (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/ball-joint-front-replacement) basically grinding themselves apart. Is this potentially...

Knocking sound when idling or stopped 1993 Chevrolet Lumina APV
Hello - the rhythmic knocking (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/what-does-it-mean-when-an-engine-knocks) you hear could be something driven by the serpentine belt (i.e. AC compressor) or the belt itself. It is also possible that this an internal noise - like the timing chain (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/how-long-does-a-timing-chain-last), which is...
