Q: 89 Jimmy not blowing air suddenly

I was driving one night and noticed the heater wasnt blowing any air at all. I live where it frequently hits sub zero temps. When i turn on the heater i hear a rubbing sound and a squeak. What could that be? How do i fix this issue?

My car has 165000 miles.
