Q: 05 Malibu 2.2l cranks wont start
cranks won’t start after last drive home losing acceleration several times while driving 60. Relays checked ok. No fuel pressure at valve. No sound from pump in on position. Drop tank pulled out a assembly and bench test pump directly and it kicked on just fine eight out of 10 times and this being the first time to replace the fuel pump don’t know enough to say that it’s the pump for sure. Is it common for the pump to start working again after you pull it out ?
