Alonzo, came out in the rain prepared to replace the Starter on my car, which I greatly appreciated. But, after making proper diagnosis he realized the issue was not with the Starter but with the AC compressor. My car started up after he looked under the hood and showed me what was actually causing the Issue. However he suggested that I not try to drive it until the AC compressor was replaced. I am “Thankful” that the car did not stop while I was driving. And, I am even more “thankful” that Alonzo showed me in real time, also explaining what the problem was. Alonzo, Thanks again for your professional and ethical assessment. I would give you a 10/10 star rating if I could.

Jim was great but the truck broke down the very next day from the same problem and they are making me pay again to fix the very same thing. I used brand new parts and that is how they get out of any liability. I thought this was a great service but not anymore. The woman on the phone very obviously did not care. I think this is a great idea, but YOURMECHANIC.com needs work big time.
