He arrived an hour after the appointment time but had called ahead and was very professional. He got stuck at another site. When he showed up he got straight to work and fixed my car within 30 minutes. My dealership wanted to charge me $200 more and have me take a loaner car for two days. This is WAY more convenient. I wasn't at the car by the time Steve arrived, but that didn't stop him, when I got there he had already found what the problem was, and showed me exactly, it was really a minor thing, and gave me a great advise as how to fix it myself. He is a very knowledgeable guy, and works fast an efficient, I would totally recommend him, hopefully I wont need to see him again, but if I ever need a mechanic he will be my best choice, I would totally trust him, and look for his services again.
