Chip is prompt, and extremely competent with his automechanic skills. He will explain things in layman's terms as to what is wrong with the vehicle, why it happens and what to do about it. He doesn't sugar coat it and gives you the bottom line, making expert recommendations. I am absolutely thrilled to have Chip as "my mechanic" as I have been burned so many times in the past with mechanics and auto shops. Chip is transparent and trustworthy.
