Omar immediately diagnosed the problem with the broken door handle and while it was not possible to repair the part, he told me where I could find a replacement door handle online for the best price. I found the right one exactly where he said I would and I got it for less than $10. He promised to come back and install it once it arrives.
He was very professional, on time, and answered all my questions.
