I had a great experience. Justin was on time and very pleasant in person. He made every effort to identify the issue; to make sure he was giving me the best recommendation. He was not afraid to get dirty.....he got under my truck so quickly, without complaints; he wanted to make sure he was looking at everything, before he could make the any diagnosis. Justin went out of his way to accommodate my need; I needed oil and he made sure (without hesitation) that I got it, instead of just leaving me hanging since it was really my fault. Before handing over the keys, Justin took the truck around for a test drive; to make sure it was back in perfect working order.
