I unfortunately was at work 3/4 mile away so wife was home to turn over keys everything went great he called when close and called when finished very pleased with new shiny axle assembly thumbs up
He came as soon as he could and called us before hand. He diagnosed the car issue quickly and had parts if needed for any issues we might have. He really came through for us right before the hurricane.
My experience with Dennys was great. He took the time to properly diagnose the problem which he was unable to fix due to the nature of the problem. However, the initial mechanic that came to fix the car mis-diagnosed the problem and I was charged $300 for a part I did not need. I am trying to get reimbursed for this charge and the service charge that I am sure will be on my credit card for the 2nd and 3rd visits I had. Initial mechanic did not perform all the necessary tests to identify the problem according to Dennys.
