Steve was an obvious expert with this job. He was very patient and attentive and very nice to talk to. The alternator replacement was a little bit of a hard time, but with his patience and expertise, it was replaced within 45 min to an hour easily. He went over with me what needed immediate attention. Also what may Need attention in the near future. He's a fellow Yankee and that was nice to converse about. I would recommend steve 100% to anybody else.
