Give suggestions about how to get the brakes fixed in a more practical and cheaper way from long-term perspective. Warn me about the current condition of steer powering fluid and brake fluid. And, has a good sense of humor!
I am still waiting for UBER to tell me they received the inspection report from Your Mechanic. I thought this would happen automatically since I was told it would be transmitted electronically. This is my only complaint. the mechanic, Stefan was very satisfactory.
Great mechanic. Really knew what he was doing. He kept me up to date on his arrival time. When he arrived he answered all the questions I had regarding the service before and after he was done. I will definitely book with him again when I need work done on my cars.
Telephone communication with Customer Service is not good. I talked someone and he promised to call back, and then he won't. I call back and put me on hold long time and I asked you to automatically call back. Different person call me and I had to explain again. He promised to call me back and he won't.
