Friendly and kind. Quickly identified that the problem was something other than the service I had requested. He explained what he was fixing and also showed me the few issues I need to address in the coming months.

A very personable young man, but more importantly he knew the problem and fixed it without any hesitation. If all your mechanics are like Stefan you will have a great company.

Carlos was very informative, personable and showed a true sense of customer service! While there was a miscommunication involving my situation, I thought Carlos was coming to do a warranty part replacement, YourMechanic had sent him out for a warranty inspection, which was going to cost me an additional $80.00! Carlos spent the time with me calling the company and together we cleared up the mix up, including getting the inspection cost negated and veryifying my warranty claim, while I've had to wait an unusual amount of time, it's due to be fixed Saturday the 24th, my initial repair visit was June 14th.(starter replacement) So overall there is a lot of down time and customer calls back and forth, customer service, warranty dept., follow up calls, appointment calls...Carlos however was great, as I stated earlier he helped me navigate the process, even calling his next appointment and apologizing for running late, because he wanted to make sure I was put at ease. Carlos didn't work on my car, but he proved to be a standup guy and very trustworthy!
