First time experience with a mobile repair tech. Normally do my own repairs with the help of You Tube based instructions. But didn't have the time. Fred did what we asked and cleared check engine light code. Would use again.

SERVICE

Loss of power

AMOUNT PAID

$69.99
by Michael from Lake Jackson, TX 77566

Very nice and professional. He told me what was wrong with my truck and I usually take my truck to a shop in South Houston. So I called that shop and let Daniel tell them what was wrong. I told the shop I’ll bring the truck next week. Then after awhile of thinking, I decided to take my truck to Daniels shop, so I called Daniel and let him know I’m bringing my truck to his shop in the morning. Thanks to your mechanic, I have a local diesel shop for future repairs.

AMOUNT PAID

$126.48
by jeannie from Dickinson, TX 77539

Daniel was very helpful even though this repair took much longer than anticipated due to lack of availability of parts. He went over and above trying to locate parts needed even though they were backordered everywhere.

Quentin came out to what I thought would be a starter replacement. Checked a couple of things and figured out it was a problem with my key. Saved me a lot of money. He was very knowledgeable of common issues with Dodge Magnum. Very professional and pretty cool dude! I highly recommend using Quentin. Oh yeah, we was early to the appointment, allowing me plenty of time to get to work on time.

AMOUNT PAID

$809.08
by Miguel from Houston, TX 77080

Quentin did an excellent job! I was cautious having been the first time I ever use yourmechanic.com, but Quentin had performed the services requested on countless other vehicles, new radiator and fan, and was done in less than 2hrs, it was estimated to be 3.5hrs. Quentin was very professional and I recommend him for any services you might need for your car. I'll definitely call him again for my next service.

As silly as it sounds, the issue is most likely caused by an intermittent failure in your Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). Of course it’s important to have the circuit and connections checked, but the TIPM is the most common...
Tie rod broke, scared to drive truck now
Answered by Derek
The failure was most likely caused by water intrusion. Dodge has released customer satisfaction letter L04 that outlines the issue that you have experienced. The letter states that vehicles shipped to cold weather climates allow water ingression; thus causing wear...
Heater stopped working, where’s the problem?
Answered by Derek
The best solution for this issue is to replace your Heater, Vent and A/C (HVAC) housing. A little explanation is needed here. Inside that housing are several doors that direct airflow, either through the heater core or evaporator, as well...
