Keven is an amazing detail-oriented mechanic!!! I was going to change my own oil for the first time, but didn't have ramps and oil pan yet, so I hired him to do it. Super nice guy, good conversation, and he let me watch him change it so I could do it myself next time. He answered all of my annoying questions without irritation. He even put in an engine air filter that I had purchased and planned on putting in myself that day, but while he was checking it, just popped my new one in himself. This guy!!! Oh my goodness. I am soooo happy with the service I received from this mechanic yesterday on my Cadi. I had called around to several other mechanics and dealerships and was given outrageous price quotes for just a tune-up and they wanted me to leave my car at their shop all day. I found Your Mechanic and Michael and I will never take my car back to the dealership again unless Michael can't handle it, lol. I'm a DIYer, but could not do a tune-up on my car, and I love to see how things are done. Michael allowed me to watch what he was doing and explained everything to me. This would not have been allowed anywhere else, and I really had a lot of fun learning and watching how the process works! I was super nervous at first because I have trust issues with mechanics, but I calmed down once he arrived and got under my hood. Michael knows what he is doing and answered all my annoying questions. I am definitely going to have more work done on my car by Michael!

Michael was courteous, thorough, (took a million photos), wore a mask, and quickly diagnosed my head light problem. I was hoping it would be a mini fuse issue, but he assured me the bulb and ballast needed to be replaced.
