Battery

AMOUNT PAID

$103.49
by William from Seattle, WA 98101

After a failed attempt at changing out my car's battery, I decided to give YourMechanic a shot. Michael was my assigned mechanic and things could not have gone more smoothly. I found Michael to be timely, professional, and courteous. He serviced my car quickly: changing out the battery and then performing a sight check of my vehicle's brakes, oil, etc. I would definitely recommend Michael to other YourMechanic users!

Clinton, Thank you for coming early and working so hard when fixing the defective resistor and connector on the blower of our heater. We appreciate the things you had to do to get the connectors to work in the car. I have driven the car for several miles and tested all positions of the blower motor and everything works just fine.. like new thank you! Bob

SERVICE

Alternator

AMOUNT PAID

$315.41
by Linda from Tacoma, WA 98444

Cameron was great. He listened to the problem, had great communication and told me what he was doing, did a check on items and told me about what else should be done and sent me a quote on them. When the alternator given to him was wrong, he went to the store and picked up the right one. He was delayed in finding the right alternator to fit my car and even called to explain why he was taking a little longer to get the right part. You can't get better than that! Every customer must be delighted with Cameron!!

Possible fuel injector problem that I need fixed.
Answered by Andrew
Clogged fuel injectors are a possible cause of this condition along with a clogged fuel filter and weak or inoperative fuel pump. My first suggestion would be to have a professional do an inspection (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/car-starts-and-then-dies-inspection). If fuel pressure is low...
