Very friendly professional guy. Down to earth. I'm not too sure if he saw in my original quote that I had the part but needed the wiring because he didn't necessarily bring wiring and the connector needed to complete the job but he did ultimately head to a nearby parts store and get what was needed. Job handled, completed, done.

This was my first time using a mobile mechanic, as I normally do my own work on my vehicles, and I have to say this experience was way better than most I have had with the few auto shops I have had to visit. Joesph talked to me and not at me. Showed up on time and got right to work. As he was working, Joesph answered questions that I had about other issues that I have been dealing with in this vehicle. Some of which helped diagnosis more problems related to why he was here in the first place to. I now have more information to make a better plan of action on those repairs. I will definitely keep Joesph in mind next time I need help with any of my future vehicle repairs.
