I'm buying my very first car, even though it's used I wanted it to be the best option for me. I don't have a regular mechanic so I used yourmechanic app to get Ralph to do pre-purchase inspection on a 2008 Chevy Equinox LT. He did a good job going through his checklist, I love that this app has them take pictures, video and voice notes to compare with checklist. The checklist is also very thorough. Ralph did a good job and thanks to is pre-purchase inspection I'm confident I'm going to get this car and it's in the best condition I can hope for regarding my stringent criteria. Only negative for review at all is he was 30 mins late to appointment.

He is very friendly and explained things as he went along. He got closer to the problem but I had to make another appointment to have an electronic diagnosis done. I know he did his best and truly appreciate his effort. It's unfortunate that it will be another 6 days to get another mechanic to come out to do the electrical diagnosis. So Keven is great, knows what he is doing and I would not hesitate to have him come back if he is available and I need a mechanic. I hope not in the near future :) He is a 5 star, I just took off one star because my car still won't start

When he got here, I showed him my car, and a video of the sound it makes. I left him to fix my car. Mind you 2 friends tried to get my car started. I believe it was 30 minutes and BOOM, I hear my car running. He is amazing. I thought it would never start again. Worth every penny I paid. So glad I found this page doing a Google search.
