This was my first time using yourMechanic. I like the idea of transparency in car repair. When you take your car 'to the shop' everything is behind closed doors. I am the type of person who likes to know and see what is going on. YourMechanic is great for someone like me because I can go out in my driveway and talk with the mechanic and see what he's doing. Ricardo was very quick and knowledgeable with what he was doing. He was able to say what was wrong with my car pretty quickly and even double checked to make sure he was right.
