I was impressed with the service I received from James. I took my car to 2 mechanics Christian Brothers and Express Auto Care And neither of them went out of their way to find the problem. James took his time and tried several things out on my car to rule issues out. He cared about my safety and made sure he kept communicating with me about what he was doing. Dealing with mechanics is like taking a leap of faith and I feel he is honest and he really knows what he’s doing.
