Best mechanic I ever hired. Tim went above and beyond duty. They gave him the wrong part to begin with, but Tim took care of the issue, and promptly installed the correct part. I would recommend Tim to anyone!

Tim is exceptional! He's professional, friendly, honest and efficient.He arrived earlier than the appt time to avoid a possible rain out if he had waited. He used computer diagnostics to prove that my sons car was improperly handled during a routine oil change at Amazing Auto which caused the air shocks to blow out. He also determined that they used old oil rather new oil and didn't even fill it up. Amazing Auto is denying responsibility. We are reporting them to better business bureau! Awful dishonest people! He was hired to put a conversion kit on the car from air shocks to coil and during the service found that the kit we ordered was missing a few needed bolts. He offered to get the bolts him self and put them in the next day. He is also going to do the oil change at no extra charge. He's outstanding in his integrity and kindness. A rare breed and can highly recommend him as your mechanic!

Excellent professionalism, knowledge

Tim was great, did all the things a major service shop would do - just right in my driveway. After the holidays, I couldn't just take off work to get an oil change so picked a day when I could work from home and he everything, just had to drive the car up on the ramps (two man job) then back down after the work was done. Very nice.

Tim was great, put some fresh roters and brake pads on my rear wheels. Suggested I do that to one of the front wheels in the near future. The big advantage is that I saved $300 based on quotes I got elsewhere!

Tim was great. Even called to see if he could come a bit early vs late. Rare within the service industry these days and much appreciated. Pre-purchase inspection was informative and helped negotiate additional discounts. Website experience was basic yet contained exactly what I needed to confidently schedule the service call. Since this is my first experience with Tim, I will have to wait ubtil next round before ranking trustworthiness higher. Thats just me, though. Tim was professional.

Everything was fantastic until the follow through on the repair. We were told a part would be ordered to fix our vehicle and it would take 2-3 days to get it, followed by 2-3 hours to fix it at our house. We waited from a Monday to a Friday with no follow up from either the company or the mechanic. We contacted the company today (Friday) and now are told that they don't make the kind of repair we were told was going to happen. How is this possible? We were so excited for this kind of service and already started telling all our friends about it, but now we will have to retract all that and say this service really only has the capability of a AAA, which we already pay for, but didn't use because we thought we were getting service beyond that. We really liked the mechanic and would have given him all 5 star ratings, if we didn't have this issue -- so, not sure where the disconnect lies in this situation, but we are extremely bummed this didn't turn out to be a great new solution for us to use going forward.
