James was terrific. I noticed by text alert that he was in the area before my appointment time, so called to see if he could take care of the repair earlier than scheduled. He did, which helped us both get on with the rest of our Saturday. His demeanor is friendly, his knowledge and experience was very comforting (he was performing the very first repair on my wife's newly purchased vehicle). James knocked the job outta the park. I'll certainly use this service again and request that James be the tech sent, if at all possible.

At first I was not sure the job could be completed without a particular part that did not arrive in time for James to pick up, but he was patient, assessed the situation, and was able to find the part I thought was lost for good. His positive attitude was a plus.

James was on time and as we walked out his plans for the replacement of the timing belt and water pump. Not to mention all the other things that were done, it was easy to see that not only was he knowledgeable but, that he was confident. I have been turning a wrench with my Dad since before I can remember. Only in town for business and then to Dallas to see my daughter in University. Knowing that I could get there without a hitch was a game changer. I am in Waco now and saw that I had an opportunity to give him a score but, that I could also, say thanks again for saving the day. James is my Top-notch mechanic in the Austin area!

James is great!! I've had two appointments with him and not only was he on time for both appointments, he was early. I feel like there is a negative stereotype associated with mechanics, but James is a straight shooter and an honest, hard-working guy. The next time I need any work done on my truck I know exactly who I'll be requesting, and if you're looking for a punctual, trustworthy mechanic that you can trust your vehicle with, then James is your guy.

Easily the best mechanic I've had in years. Knowledgeable personable and dedicated. Didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need, clearly explained the reasons for all maintenance performed and the costs were all upfront. No surprises on the bill. His work was quick (but not rushed) and precise, and he took time to verify everything before finishing. HIGHLY recommended

I was impressed with the service I received from James. I took my car to 2 mechanics Christian Brothers and Express Auto Care And neither of them went out of their way to find the problem. James took his time and tried several things out on my car to rule issues out. He cared about my safety and made sure he kept communicating with me about what he was doing. Dealing with mechanics is like taking a leap of faith and I feel he is honest and he really knows what he’s doing. My brothers a mechanics in Fort Bliss and James reminds me of him those qualities are a rare find when dealing with someone’s expertise and knowledge working on the vehicle you depend on to get you back and forth to work.

James was quick with the replacement, knowledgeable on the issue, and informed me about other services I might need based on what he saw with my vehicle. Highly recommend!
