Tyrone was a true professional. Not only did he take the time to educate me on the work he would be doing and why, but also he took the time to guide me through the completed work and show me the old (and damaged) parts after the job was done. Tyrone's initial recommendations (this was a return visit) were spot on, and he saved me a tremendous amount of money versus what a dealership had quoted me.

Tyrone showed up early, and he was incredibly honest with me throughout the appointment. I shared with him the diagnosis provided to me by the local Hyundai dealer, and he walked me through why he disagreed with the dealer's overall assessment. Tyrone explained things in layman's terms and his logic was very easy to follow. Moreover, he didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs/services. I wish all mechanics were as easy to deal with as Tyrone.
