Great mechanic! Showed up on time, was very professional, quick, and definitely knowledgeable. Before using MyMechanic, I had spent hours upon hours trying to fix my daughter's vehicle myself. I wasted so much time and money on parts I didn't need, my daughter was carless for about a month and I was still unable to get it to work properly. Tom was great! I'd had a couple positive experiences with another mechanic through YourMechanic but schedules wouldn't work this time. Tom showed up, checked things out...I'd bought 2 different parts for the job because I couldn't tell them apart (they had different part numbers, though). Tom took the time to call the auto parts shop, talk it through, and determined the better part happened to also be the one that cost me 1/2 of what the other part did. He worked quickly, professionally, and now I'm driving without the worries of the problem we'd been having beforehand.

James was terrific. I noticed by text alert that he was in the area before my appointment time, so called to see if he could take care of the repair earlier than scheduled. He did, which helped us both get on with the rest of our Saturday. His demeanor is friendly, his knowledge and experience was very comforting (he was performing the very first repair on my wife's newly purchased vehicle). James knocked the job outta the park. I'll certainly use this service again and request that James be the tech sent, if at all possible.

James is great!! I've had two appointments with him and not only was he on time for both appointments, he was early. I feel like there is a negative stereotype associated with mechanics, but James is a straight shooter and an honest, hard-working guy.
