Charles was excellent an knowledgeable. Very efficient he deserves a good rating. But was not happy with the booking process at all That rates a one

by Courtney from Pflugerville, TX 78660

Charles did a great job uncovering major issues with a truck my son had his heart set on. Heartbreaking news for my son, but saved me thousands of dollars on a truck that was NOT as advertised. I would never buy a used car without getting a 3rd party inspection--well worth the price--too many con artists out there.

John was great. He showed up on time and was able to quickly give us a run down of what was wrong with our truck. He didn’t pressure us to fix the problems found and gave us honest courses of action. We would definitely recommend John.

Q: Paint problems like bubbles and rust, not an old car

Have a certified Ford dealership look at the hood to determine the cause and suggest the best course of action to take. If the dealer corrosion warranty does not cover the repair, then another course of action is to have...
