Jay was very helpful. I wasn't very happy when with Your Mechanic when he arrived because it didn't seem like I would get my car fixed today even though that was what I'd been told would happen by the person I spoke with yesterday on the phone. I made it clear I as upset by the situation, and he worked out the problem. He is the reason I am satisfied with Your Mechanic. I appreciated his attitude and his helping me get my car working.
