He arrived at the appointment ontime. He called me and showed him the car. He was polite in greeting me and introducing himself. He was able to replace the serpentine belt, although needed help in installing it, since the task required 2 persons. One person to hold the tensioner and the other to slip the belt to the guide. Overall it was a good experience.

Abraham was amazing, he did the diagnostic on my car a couple weeks ago it was a smooth experience that put me at ease then I got him to follow through with addressing the problem and he replaced my compressor shaft today.
